The AI Front Desk is the same build for everyone, so it has a fixed price we publish: $497 a month plus a one-time setup fee. Custom CRM Development, the Content Factory, and the Complete Growth System include work shaped around your business - your workflow, how much you publish, which platforms, which tools you use, what actually needs automating - so the honest answer is that it depends on what gets built. You get a fixed monthly number in writing after one call, and it doesn't move later. We'd rather scope it properly and quote once than publish a headline number that turns into a different number after the first conversation.

There's a 90-day initial commitment while the system is built and beds into how you work, and after that everything is month-to-month. No long-term contract to sign your way out of, and no automatic annual renewal. The 90 days exist because the first few weeks are when the build gets tuned - the call flows, the qualifying questions, the way jobs land in your calendar - and results judged before that are results from an unfinished system. Once you're past it you can stop at the end of any month, and you keep your phone number either way.

The build. Training the system on your services, your pricing guardrails and your service area, wiring it into your calendar and CRM, testing every call path, and getting it live. It's charged once at the start, not every month - the monthly fee after that is for running and maintaining the system rather than building it again. For the AI Front Desk that setup is $2,000 and the work takes about 5 to 7 business days, of which roughly 90 minutes is yours. For the custom-scoped packages, setup is quoted on your first call along with everything else.

Yes, and most people do. Start where the biggest leak is - usually the phone, because a missed call is a job that went to whoever picked up - and add the rest once you can see the numbers from the first one. Starting small doesn't make it more expensive to expand later, and there's no penalty for phasing it. The Complete Growth System is rolled out in stages anyway, so adding content or automation after the fact follows the same path as buying them together. What changes is the order you do it in, not the price you end up paying.

We walk through the scope on a call first, then send everything in writing - what's included, the monthly figure, the one-time setup fee and the terms - with a secure payment link. Nothing is charged before you've seen exactly what you're getting and agreed to it, and nothing is taken automatically before that point. Billing is monthly from there, and the setup fee is charged once at the start rather than spread across your first few invoices. If the scope changes later, that gets quoted and agreed the same way before anything is billed for it.

Then we'll tell you. Multiple locations, unusually high call volumes, or something genuinely custom gets scoped individually rather than forced into a package that wasn't built for it.
