Question 1 of 12. What kind of work do you do?
What the Growth Audit checks
The audit walks through the moments where work quietly goes missing: how quickly calls get answered, what happens to the ones that do not, how fast a new enquiry gets a reply, whether quotes get chased, and how consistently you show up online between jobs. Each answer feeds a Growth Score and an estimate of what the gaps are costing you a month.
- How long does the Growth Audit take?
- About two minutes. There are twelve questions, all multiple choice, and you can skip anything that does not apply to your business. You get your Growth Score on screen as soon as you finish, with no email required to see it.
- What do I actually get at the end?
- A Growth Score out of 100, a breakdown of where work is leaking - missed calls, slow follow-up, unchased quotes, quiet periods online - and a monthly revenue estimate for each gap based on the numbers you enter. The report is yours whether or not you ever speak to us.
- Do I need to give you my email?
- Not to see your score. We ask for an email only if you want the full written report sent to you, and we do not pass it on to anyone.
- Who is the audit for?
- Home service businesses and other appointment-driven companies - contractors, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, clinics, and similar - where a missed call usually means a lost job. The questions assume you take enquiries by phone or form and book work into a calendar.
- What happens after I finish it?
- Nothing automatic. Your score is shown immediately and you can book a free thirty-minute call if you want to talk through the gaps. There is no obligation and no sales sequence.
